With the exception of personalized products, Dyades authorizes the customer to cancel and request the return or exchange of products for 30 days after receipt of the products. After this period, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return or exchange, please contact customer service by sending an email to contact@dyadesparis.com.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, complete (cases, accessories, etc.) and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Only one return per order will be accepted.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be credited within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please double-check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (where applicable)

You may exchange a product within 30 days of receipt. If the exchanged product is more expensive than the original order, you will be emailed an invoice with a payment link. Once we receive the missing amount, the new order will be validated and we will notify you of the delivery date.

If you exchange your item for a cheaper one, the delta will be refunded.
